Description
A crystal orb on top of a mirror orb on top of a ferrous orb altogether forming a regular snowman kind of shape, but missing features. It speaks by spewing water from the mirror orb in such a way that the way it splashes on the ground forms a voice-like sound. It's long forgotten how or why it speaks this way, but the sound is very relaxing (unbeknownst to everyone, that actually is the why).
era
Blood Tephnian - The largest sub-era of all Tephnian history, as a result of the prosperity and longevity brought about by blooder techonology. During this era the Tephnians developed and proliferated the use of various nano bloods such as The Golden Soil, Blue Blood, and Failed Mayonnaise 0674. Many of these bloods worked by dismantling and remantling natural matter on a sub-atomic level. Though some curious outliers simply fired infinite nanolasers or emmitted frequency-modulated vibrations. The marketplace eventually got so flooded with new bloods that research in the area got rather avant-garde.
personality
Wishy-washy. Handles all situations in one of two ways: decides upon a course of action immediately, then second guesses the decision over and over, or takes entirely too much time weighing the pros and cons of each possible action.
weapons
Satellite-linked to an orbital cannon that can fire a beam with surface-level devastation roughly equivalent to a volcanic eruption, but can be fine tuned all the way down to a needle-point that will pierce a planet on one side and come out the other. A complicated weapon for even a warmachine to use, as an activation command has to be routed through a daisy-chain of interstellar satellites resulting in severe and variable time lag, and as there is just one cannon it's not always positioned in the correct orbit for the desired target.
wierdest function
Plays a propaganda reel about peace, love, thoughts, prayers, unity, meritocracy, and the moral obligation to kill all gods.
